Fresh cut, like a million bucks

I got a hair cut last night. Phew. I can hear people again. I felt like my hair was covering my ears for a while. Maybe even part of my brain too. Perhaps my Vision as well. Either way, thanks to Señora El Wahidi, I see clearly now. Thanks lovely lady.

My wife and I are lucky. Honestly. Señora El Wahidi comes over to our house, after her day of work at a salon on a Friday – to cut our hair. She gives Katherine the Brazilian blow out, and trims me something fresh. Not to mention the sweet scalp rub and compliments that come along for the ride as well. She refers to me as “the Godfather” during these moments. Normally I am puffing on a cigar of some sort so it is only fitting. She always says that we now need to get an in house tailor and then The Castros are official. Hahha. I love it.

We enjoyed some wine – a birthday gift from the Wildfire Biz Dev team. Vikas and Mike – we drank it and enjoyed the hell outta it. You can’t take it back now – its mine forever. Thanks gentlemen.

When the wine ran out – I ran through the hurricane we had in San Mateo to the liquor store 50 feet from our place and bought some beer. Of course I would buy Kirin beer – I mean they are a client of mine. It only makes sense.

A great night. Thanks a lot Ari. We love the hell outta you. Seriously. And some advice: if you are going to try for a slow burn – be careful because we always end up burning ourselves in the end. Oh yea, and “don’t forget that!”

Cheers from the train (of thought).

Senora El Wahidi is quite talented, Kathy’s hair looked beautiful on 9.10.11… She’s a rock star!

I was going to mention something to you the other day, you were looking a little caveman-ish.
